AEROS DEAL FOR DELMON YOUNG
TOKYO - The Tokyo Aeros continued their wheeling ways by acquiring RF Delmon Young from the Oregon Emeralds for SP Ricardo Aramboles. Aramboles, 32, was 3-4 so far this season with a 4.78 ERA and 50 strikeouts in 43 1/3 innings.
Meanwhile, Young, 29, is currently hitting .313 with 12 homers and 24 RBI in 115 at-bats so far this season. He was the third pick overall in the 2004 draft by the Oregon Emeralds, selected by present Aeros GM Dark Cloud.
"Obviously, I'm thrilled to have a guy like Delmon playing for us. He's hard working, dependable and I know he'll be a great fit for our ballclub," said Dark Cloud.

TOKYO - While its still early, fans in Tokyo are buzzing with the success of the Aeros. At the end of April, the club is just a game behind the Seattle Mariners for first place in the AL Pacific.
"We're not where we want to be, but I'm happy with the progress the club has made thus far. " said Dark Cloud, who suggested the team still had a few deals to make.
