Not 100% sure where to post this, but here seems the best fit.

We have a GM who can't not access our site or the file, His IP is not banned and the site is not blocked by his ISP or internet security. The site simply won't load and the file won't download.

He's tried everything we can think of, from resetting his router to restoring his pc to date prior to the issue.

Has anyone else seen this? and possibly have an idea on how to fix it?
