Delaware Conference - Game 5
The Clippers started the game off with a 2 in the first thanks to a 2-run shot by Julio Romero, and that was all Jamie Truilio needed to take home his 2nd win and the series clincher. Truilio went 8 innings, allowing 5 hits and 1 run, walking 1 and striking out 5. But the big star for the Clippers was their catcher Julio Romero. Romero continued his hot hitting with a game to remember, going 2-2, with 2 runs and 3 RBI's, hitting 2 HR's and being walked 2 times. The Braves just didn't have an answer.

The Clippers win the series 4 games to 1.

Series MVP: Julio Romero: 9-18 3 HR's, 9 RBI's

The Clippers will move on to face the Baltimore Barons. There will be a first time Champion this year in the DelMarVa Baseball League.
