1960 MLB Preview

These predictions are a little skewed. After my pre draft editing, there was some pre season editing. Neville for instance is a late 4th round pick, who had a pitch movement rating around 22. That's enough to give him that amazing pitching prediction in the NL. So I decided for the good of the league, and since i do believe i screwed up, to edit him and several other from the rookie class to look more like a real rookie class. Hopefully this souped up draft class issue is over with.
