Charlie "Lefty" Shields, P, is shown again, this time in the uniform of the Chicago American Giants. I have to admit that these two photos don't look as though they picture the same player. I went back to the original newspaper photos from which they came, and both photo captions read either Charles Shields or Charlie Shields.
