I just realized that when you use the default feeder league system to set up a feeder the game gives you a minimum 32 high school teams and 8 college teams no-matter of the size (small) of the league you are trying to feed.

This goes directly against what the pop up says about the default feeder "This will add a complete feeder league system (college and high school(s)) which properly matches the currently selected league in terms of size. Proceed?"

If 32 and 8 is the minimum the game will set up the pop-up needs to reflect that and tell you it may need to be tweaked a bit. Or the default value needs to be lowered to reflect the needs of smaller leagues.
