This is probably because OOTP is splitting up your players.csv file into players1.csv, players2.csv. A bunch of leagues had this issue.

First, make sure that the "Split Large Files" is not checked in the CSV export configurations in OOTP. If that is not the case, you are probably hitting the OOTP issue with upgraded leagues:

I think the fix is to delete the settings file which is located in the /settings folder (db_dump_... .cfg). Then define the settings again in OOTP. At least this is what someone told me fixed it.
