In my work the way I communicate with my user community is this -
ANY news is better than NO news even BAD news. Working with a community of adults and I also imagine that most of the forum users are adults and can be treated like adults, people can accept bad news and understand the reasons for it. FHM 2014 customers have put up with bugs, functionality issues and a rushed out totally garbage first release and have been very patient. We want OOTP to produce the best Hockey GM game that they can and we would understand delays and the reasons for them.
