I wonder if game setting are a factor in position player fatigue. The only position player I have who can play more than about 150 games a season is my first baseman, who is something of an iron man (officially only Durable, but he hasn't seen a day of injury or a need to miss a game in years). He's played about 500 consecutive games now.
ETA: Oh, and it'd be nice to have the streaks include consecutive games played and error-less games.
