Hi guys, I want to know how it works? I have a fictionnal league and I would like to bring this feature depending on the effect that it has.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but in my mind, it sounds like team around the league instead of trading a player, they will ask for an amount ''x'' of cash for that player. Am I right? Will there still be trading or they always will post player to have $$$ ?
