Not sure what it would take to implement this (or if this is something that is fixable in game), but I'd like to see more cash flexibility with regard to trades in OOTP 16.

It seems like after a certain point in the game it's next to impossible to make a trade involving anything but a pittance of cash, which means that making or taking a salary dump trade is next to impossible.

It would be nice to see the AI owners/budgets recognize contracts as (essentially) a sunk cost and budget accordingly or something that makes trading more realistic in that regard.
