7 day sims are pretty common. The game has a good depth chart system so you have players prepped for injuries and suspensions. You are also in control of the active (25) roster size. If you feel the depth is too small you can increase the 25 man roster allowing for more subs.

Correct, in our league we sim 7 days in game, 3x per week. Tues, Thurs and Sun. We have a time that exports are due by, the commish does his best to run the sim close to that time. We post on our forums when the file is ready for download.

We usually sim 6 out of every 7 days in the offseason. Every day is a little more than I can handle, real life frequently trumps OOTP.
