Just got back in to FHM after build 19 came out recently.

So I have RFAs, but can't figure out how to qualify them. A guy won't even negotiate and says he's 'waiting for offer sheets'. Can you extend qualifying offers??

Also as a side question how do you edit AHL lines? I have a couple good young guys who are scratched and never get to play and I can't edit the lines.
