I just downloaded the exporter and ran it for last week's update. I got a HUGE list of development changes for every team. The ratings in BOSI do not match OOTP. We have scouts turned off. I looked at the CSV file for one player, and it shows the player's HR ratings as follows:

BRat OvHR = 12
BRat RHR = 12
BRat LHR = 12
Scout BRat RHR = 12
Scout BRat RHR = 12 (I assume there was a typo in the header, and this should be LHR.)
Scout BRat OHR = 10

BOSI is showing that the guy's Power went from 10 to 12.
OOTP still shows him as having Power 10 in its HTML pages.

I still haven't looked at the game itself, yet, but assuming the game shows 10. Which one is right? OOTP or BOSI?? And why the sudden change?
