I know if you're in a fictional league, or have some teams where their names are fictional but have real players on them (like I do with my alternate AAA and AA leagues) then sometimes if you have a team name where there are multiple logos for it (like Wildcats or Falcons or Aces)then sometimes the logos won't save initially. I have had that happen to me as well, if you change them back one more time they will usually save after that though. Not sure why it happens however.
