In my extremely large world (19 leagues, 197 major league level teams), almost everybody is rated .5-1.5 stars. I am ashamed to admit it, but I do use the star ratings as a quick glance to determine the best players on each team. I understand that this is a case of having too many players at similar levels in the world, but why wouldn't the 5-star players in a 1 league setup stay 5 stars in a 19-league setup?

Also, is there any way to "fix" this?
