Can't you do away with nicknames by simply blanking the nicknames folder? I put in Questdogs first names and names and put his name on blank folder for nicknames and I'm not getting any when I start a game.
And, yes, I for one think Melanoma is inappropriate. As for the Cocks, there are numerous high school and college teams that go by that (albeit, as the shortened but popular form of Gamecoacks)
