The Phillies #5 pitching staff includes SP Neftali Felix (11-4, 2.87), SP Kyle Serrano (16-7, 3.31) and closer Al Alburquerque (39 SV).
Philadelphia was 31-26 after July 31, and there was some local criticism of GM Ron Wotus for lack of in-season moves to address injuries. The budget room was there.
