Yes. I made a couple of big offers to players that eventually decided to go with NHL teams (wonder why). Now there is $1,9M in "Offered contracts" still like two weeks after they rejected my offers (and the "Contract Offers" section in "Manager Home" is empty). To be more exact I'm playing with Tappara and I'm now at July 17th 2014.
