15 rounds, create players for 16.
They were set at 20 rounds, create players for 21.
This using the logic of 5 x # of minor leagues. I tried reducing this the last 2 years to 15 rounds due to the growing free agent list, but it continues to grow each year.

My problem is that each year (currently in my 6th season), the Free Agent list grows and now is at 800+ players (mostly MR's).

Any suggestions? I know I can delete or retire some, but I would like a front end solution.
Well that doesn't seem like too many players too me so I'm not sure of your metrics. Secondly you're not going to see a reduction in two years. Third this is pretty much always going to be an issue for you. That's because the game generates baseball players, not people. People can move on to other profession and most players do. Baseball players however play baseball, can only play baseball, and will do nothing but play baseball so they are all available because they don't have any better occupation options or families they have to support. In reality players retire because they have better occupation prospects than 'career minor leaguer' and families to support.

Note to self: Princess Kenny was really off-putting.
