Well, the biggest thing to me, is that now that you are looking "under the hood" at the manager histories... you're coming up with plausible reasons about what happened.
"Maybe he was just an abrasive man no one wanted to play for..."
"Maybe some guys just have it..."
"Maybe he was just unlucky..."
Sounds like exactly what I want.
I know its the NBA, but seriously, look at Donald Sterling... the man was allowed to run a franchise into the ground for the better part of three decades.
Some things just defy explanation.
