I came up with kinda a solution, I set up a forum for my up and coming modified site. And you can post up requests there for logos and other graphical stuff for your league. So we wont mess up the forum here and can keep it more organized. One thing about the my forum is you wont be able to show the logos you made without a paid server, however what we can do is to post your requests there, get notified when it's done and graphics get posted here in TC' organized threads.
This might or might not work.
I invite all the graphics mod makers to apply for moderators of this new forum. Obviously I cant have everyone be the moderator, so I'll have to make some decisions as to see how many applies. Anyways let me hear some suggestions.
And oh yeah this is not going to be a mod sharing site, only a site featurering my logos. But the forum will be for everyone requesting for graphics.
