How somebody can call four 5-team and two 4-team divisions "balanced" is beyond me. Frankly, you have no argument here.
They may have hit the sweet spot with the current setup. Expanding to 32 would only leed to either unbalanced divisions or 4-team divisions, both of which I despise.
