That is annoying enough when the uniform in the photo is not from the current team, but it is REALLY annoying when you get a 50-year old manager photo for people in the prime of their career.

Have you checked to see whether or not the box is checked or unchecked for player photo's? I've found that often times after you shut your game off and restart it, the box for photos will change on it's own and all of a sudden real pic's start to appear. This usually happens to newly formed league and once you uncheck the box the second time it stays that way.
