Earl Brucker was the Philly catcher for about 6 years. They acquired Brucker right after drafting Foxx which i thought was crazy.
Brucker hit over .300 every season he played in Philly, while Foxx obviously struggled.
Brucker was traded to Brooklyn in the middle of 32, for a young 3B named Pinky May, who looks to be a regular within 2 years.
