It's already in the game (well in 15 at least). Had a 90 minute rain delay. My pitcher was exhausted after that and I had to replace him.
And we have graphical representation already with 3D ballparks. It's coming along slowly, but it's coming. And imo OOTP doesn't need MLB2K/MLBTS graphics. This is a simulator where you control the team at the end of the day. OOTP is going with the FM route where they're making their own 3D ME and will eventually had an engine similar to FM except with baseball.
And OOTP were under control for a bit (don't know the specifics), with SI/Sega.
