Advantages of OOTP5 over Mogul
1) OOTP has a much more comprehensive minor league system
2) OOTP allows in-game management
3) A real draft in which you select the players, rather than just taking what you are given
4) there IS such a thing as left-handers and right-handers.
Where Mogul has the edge
1) You have to put money into medical, player scouting, player development, and this actually impacts the game
2) You can build a stadium in Mogul (although you cant take a loan out to do it, which makes it VERY unrealistic)
3) Mogul has the cities/population models which affect your fan base, draw, etc

The while trade block thing in Mogul has me torn. IMO its WAY to easy to trade off players in Mogul, since you can get a list of offers, pick the best one, and trade a player instantly. I would like to see something like this in OOTP but somehow made to take longer. Offers from some (not always all) teams would begin to trickle in after a few days and over the weeks that follow the offers would be updated/removed as time went on.

I likely missed a bunch, but this is off the top of my head, and its been a couple of months since I played Mogul

EDIT: Markus, add the three things listed under Mogul has the edge to OOTP and I may never buy another version of Mogul!
