They weren't working but, Markus has fixed it for tomorrows release/patch.
You have to be in Commish mode in order for the Edit Ballparks option to show up. You access it from the Team Setup options page. Edit ballparks is on the far right top of screen. On that page You auto import those by clicking the available options selection far right and select auto import all ballparks. The popup will be greyed out. It's normal, just make sure it is the ballparks folder and hit the select button. All parks will import now.
