If you regenerate you'll definitely see the difference.
Looks like in v15 the players are lit with harder lighting which flattens the detail in the bridge of the nose. I'm not a big fan of the new facegens but I don't hate them either. Not quite sure what was trying to be accomplished, perhaps an effort to differentiate one player from another? If so, I think they've done quite well. Always felt that many of the v14 game generated players looked almost identical. Still v15 facegens are a bit cartoony, but I'm ok with it if it proves to differentiate the player faces better than before.
