Ironically, Danny Salazar matched Scherzer's feat just last week, striking out 10 in only 3.2 innings in a sub-par performance.
Not sure what to expect from the this week's Tigers-Indians series. The Indians have been very erratic. Some games they look very complete and others they look very, very average. They should have a better record considering the softness of their schedule so far.
Tuesday's game should be good; McAllister looked very sharp in his last outing (albeit against the Padres...). Salazar and Carrasco are another matter.
