Wow, I've never seen this happen. Dude's an iron man! Of course he's going to have a heart attack at 28, but it will have been a great run....

and I really like how he is playing every position at once on the PP. He's so good he can violate the laws of physics!
But seriously, you do have enough players dressed when you have the AI set this up, right? I'm not being sarcastic, I just can't figure out how this happened. I only play NHL teams so far, so perhaps some other rules for AI line creation exist in the lower leagues?
For my teams the AI usually does a nice job. Sometimes it makes questionable tactical decisions, but it is a computer after all. For instance, sometimes it will put my #1 lineman and put them on line 2, but then it usually gives that player #1 PP and/or PK duty, so the decision isn't entirely without rhyme or reason. In fact, it is rather a balanced setup even if it isn't always optimal.
For the time being I'd let the AI create the basic lines and then modify them where the AI has royally screwed up. I can't think of another thing to do.
