And offer sheets are broken. I offer PK Subban 7 million, MTL match but those 7 million disappear from my budget. ****in' brilliant. This is mindboggling.
RFAs are also broken, unless you count players you own the rights for signing with AHL teams for one thirtieth of the money you offered "working". Yeah, Adam Larsson was offered 3m x 4 and signed for 116k.
