That original logo does have ragged edges to begin with. so it's tough to make it look perfect, but there is a little problem with yours.
I added a black background layer so you can see the problem. (see below) There's white artifacts surrounding the image. That can be caused by not using anti-aliasing when removing the white background or the tolerence of the eraser is set too low. This is why I always add a black background layer when working with logos, you can see much better.
Anyway, I think your logos look fine.
