Because of the absolute terrible time some of the past expansion clubs - Tokyo, Orlando, to a lesser extent - have had without such a draft, I figured it would be good to implement one for this season to see how well it works.

The rules are simple. Players on the 25 man roster are ineligible, as are players ranked in the Top 40 prospects (to simulate the 40 man roster) can be drafted.

Nevada won the coin toss and recieved the first pick.
