i took this forum's advice and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now everything (so far) seems to be working well. The new guys (FAs, trades) are now showing up in the DFA section, etc. So it appears that, at least THAT problem has been solved. I haven't checked anything else yet and probably won't for awhile.
However, just wanted to thank everyone for their patience. I had run a 40s league with 12/13 but hadn't played since installing 14. I had had little problems with my league, so I anticipated little problem with 2013. WRONG!!!
As the problems mounted, I got more and more upset. Hopefully, now that I've reinstalled (I had to do a Win 7 reinstall a few months back so maybe things got messed up?) it'll go smoothly? I sure hope so....lol.
Hopefully you folks won't here from me again.
