During the off season, go to league setup, use the dropdown top right to select each level of minors. Then select delete league. Do that for each minor league. Players will all go to FA Pool. You can mass select them later and then delete if you want to. Once all the minors are deleted you will have reserve rosters.

ML now - League setup, under the rules tab, you can set your reserve roster size from a drop down.

Be sure to check your schedule once completed. Even though you're not tampering with the ML, best to make sure it didn't mess up.

Also check your financials, adjust as desired.
