It's under Options or Rules. When you change the length of the schedule then go under Schedule and regenerate a new schedule. Check out some GMO schedules. Sometimes OOTP does not like having random game lengths. You might want 165 but OOTP doesn;t like that and instead gives you 150. So count your games when you are done.
