Also if you only had it on your old pc you still have a license left so could still play while waiting for a reply to your ticket, I know some complain about the ticket process but over the years I've sent in 2-3 tickets and had them answered well within 24 hours.
Thanks for the help! My other license is on a laptop I use on trips.
