Yes, the game was released in September but many systems have been completely rebuilt since then (like scouting and player development in the last patch). It's natural that it will bring new crashes and bugs.

Only two guys at the moment in my development team for a large utility company and that argument doesn't wash with management or team leaders of the departments we develop systems for. Sick of hearing that tired excuse.
