I have come up the ranks with hockey sims starting way back with HLS2 to FHL to freebie EHM and then to the Sega EHM.

I have owned this game for not even 24hrs and this game is not worth $40, maybe $15 tops. And trust me I waited and waited and waited for an OOTP half price type deal that never came up.

Games crashes, trading is painful, game crashes, coaches getting fired, GM's getting fired (you must decide immediately to accept an offer), the replaced coaches and GM's getting fired. This is all a 1/4 of the way through 1 season. If I want to continue I can't accept a deal to a new team because it crashes when I want hire a coach. And I haven't even gotten to player negotiations because I can't trade players to get under cap, I blame Ken Holland for that one!

I never had the privilege of playing before 1.6.2 but if everyone says this is significantly improved than yikes it should never have left beta.

I will do what you need to improve the game. Apparently uploading some sort of files is norm. But as of right now I just kissed $48CAD good by and will probably return to EHM2007.

UI has a very OOTP feel to it, which is understandable as not to reinvent the wheel, but some of the details don't translate to hockey. Hard to explain but it feels baseball not hockey!

My 2cents from an experienced hockey sim guy. Please don't be offended but nothing will ever compare to HLS2 and the weeks wasted updating players and having 8-10 guys doing weekend season sims with zero sleep and hour long trade negotiations!!
