When OOTP creates historical players, it calculates their ratings based on the recalc period that was chosen during league setup.
For future seasons, recalc happens on January 1, when the league transitions out of the off-season and into the pre-season.

Do I have to go into the advanced section of the wizard in order to choose 1 year recalc, because I know 1 year isn't one of the choices offered in the basic wizard?
