Who did you talk to? I was told that most people don't bother to upload saves.
I totally understand your frustration about sending in saves and don't get any response. This time I will handle it myself so I hope you can help out just one more time. That really would help me to eliminate crashes.
What I need are the names of the save files you uploaded and a short report on what I should do to get the crash.
