Demanding and refusing to sign for less than 6m/year. That is just unrealistic.
Sure your first round draft pick who led the team in goals in his final year of the ELC probably gets that, but your other rookies who averaged 0.5ppg should be asking for less than 6m/year and signing for between 2.5-5.0m/year depending on how good they are.

As I said then, Eller was overrated. I cut his numbers down some - although maybe not quite far enough, he's still getting 40ish points in 2013-14. Even with that exaggerated total, AI-run Montreal is now re-signing him for about $4.8m. A human player could probably do a little better.
