Don't know about you, but that makes me nervous. While I think Suarez/Perez/Lombardozzi combo would work defensively, the question remains as to what kind of production they'd get out of those three. Then again, Iglesias isn't exactly Miggy in terms of production, either. And if they traded for a replacement, who would they give up for a short-termer? Bad idea. I say go with Lombo/Suarez/Perez and work like mad to get Iglesias fit.
