Sorry, my comparison was meant in general, not you specific (as a OOTP user).
I think we can cap the discussion here and concentrate on gathering ideas to improve the GUI in future versions.

I've played EHM, and I've seen the good points there.. I've played OOTP and I see the great points there.. I've played EA sports games and see their benefits. My point is, you need something better than what you have.. A LOT better.
