Keep it realistic please.. IF the Pens would place J. Neal on Waivers - Buffalo would be the first team to claim him even without thinking or even if they didn't had any salary cap space available at that time. After that ( or any other team ) would place Ville Leino on or somebody else who's useless on Waivers to make some space for J. Neal.
