New Patch. Historical mode.

Second entry draft looks like this (look at the number of players available):

Same draft, everyone drafted. Francis Bouillon went at #1.

This one-hundred-year-old problem still exists:

I believe it happend after I offer a contract to FA (720.000/y), other team offered him better contract, then I countered with even better one.

Also, I see no way to sign a rookie, who asks for more than entry-level-contract maximum. I.e. my 1993 draft pick Nabokov asked me in 1994 for a contract worth of around 1.300.000 per year. It was not possible to offer him more than 925.000 per year. No way to sign him?

P.S. I thought you guys have some testers there... Still, every next patch is a complete disaster (at least in historical mode).
