But yeah, the "assistant" in this sense isn't literally the assistant coach, it just means getting automatic assistance from the AI in making those decisions - but right now, hiring a head coach will take some of those abilities away from you regardless of whether or not that control is set to you or the assistant/

So for now would it be best to not hire a head coach until this gets fixed?
