I'm curious as to why you call it Franchise Hockey
Manager when you can't even do the first and most important thing a manager have to do when taking on a team i.e. make sure that the team has a good Head Coach?
If the game had been called Franchise Hockey
Coach I could have understood it but for now it isn't possible to play as a manager at all.
A huge part of managing a team IRL is about communicating with your coaching staff. They telling you what they need and you telling them what to do. Currently there is
zero such communication in this game.
You either have to do everything yourself and the staff do nothing (except get paid) or you let some generic AI do everything and you lose all control of how anything is done.
