In general, the French-Canadian nameset is one of the better namesets in OOTP, but it still contains too many non-French names. I wasn't planning on doing requests - there's a lot of work in modifying these files - but I've made some changes in the 33 nameset over the years that I could post here. I'll need to clean it up a bit before I can post it.
